Our Mission

Rocklands Farm seeks to feed, nourish and engage our community through holistic agriculture.

Although the nearest vineyard to DC (just 30 minutes), Rocklands is still more of a locals’ secret. Come share in the serenity of the farm, located in Montgomery County’s Agriculture Reserve, bordering Seneca State Park.

Enjoy wine tastings and farm-fresh lunch (when in season) and shop at our on-farm market for our wine and pasture-raised meats.

Discover Rocklands Farm with your family, friends and loved ones.

Feed.

Feeding our community through education, agriculture and entertainment.

Eos at iriure inimicus, affert decore prodesset duo id, nam amet regione scaevola ex. An vel eius dicat. Doctus temporibus his in, posse option oportere ad eum. Sale virtute temporibus ut nec, dicant nusquam ne mel. Vis sumo latine detraxit te, ne erat bonorum admodum nam. His cu amet case possit, in usu facer liber altera. Et quas vituperata nec. Sea te eleifend iracundia liberavisse, te vel elit lorem ludus.

Our Team

Learn more about our Rocklands Farm Winery team.

Shawn Eubank

VP of Marketing & Sales, Co-Founder

Shawn grew up playing on the water in Virginia Beach, VA.  He attended Virginia Tech in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of Southwest Virginia where he received a degree in Business Finance and became friends with Greg.  While in school, Shawn’s passion for agriculture was sparked through his involvement with the Blacksburg Farmer’s Market, and more specifically his good friend, Farmer Ron (the Blacksburg Apple Man).

After school, Shawn lived in Lima, Peru, volunteering with a church and NGO, before moving to the DC area to co-establish Rocklands Farm.

In his spare time, Shawn enjoys spending quiet nights with friends, brewing his own wine, road trips, riding mopeds, and is a strong advocate of lifelong learning and curiosity.

Greg Glenn

Chief Executive Office, Co-Founder

Growing up in nearby Bethesda all his life, Greg and his family moved to the farm in 2003. He studied Agriculture & Applied Economics at Virginia Tech, where he developed a passion for feeding people, farming and local food systems. After spending time in Kenya and South Africa, he was inspired to start a holistic farm at the family's property.

Since then, the operation has grown in size and diversity, with the greatest joy being that the family has "come back to the farm" to become integral parts of the operation.

Greg is deeply passionate about reverence for our food, stewardship of creation, and the craft of farming. Greg is married to the lovely Anna Joy Glenn, and they have three sons, Fritz, Simeon, and Charlie.

Anna Glenn

Education Manager

Anna grew up on Bainbridge Island, WA as the third oldest of 8 kids.  She received a B.S. in education from Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo, CA.

During and after college Anna spent 2 years on a community farm in Miwani, Kenya working with Nehemiah International. In Kenya Anna discovered the joys of fresh milk and vegetables and the peace of an agrarian community.

During this time she wrote e-mails and letters back and forth with a guy named Greg, whom she fell in love with before she ever met. She moved back to the U.S. to marry Greg and join him at Rocklands.

She enjoys playing with their sons, Fritz & Simeon, inspiring kids to become farmers, arranging wildflowers, going for dips in the creek, and making homemade ice cream.

She doesn’t like it when Bone Dog sleeps in her room and snores all night. Anna and Greg desire to nourish people with food and hospitality and farm to inspire and encourage anyone who comes.

TJ Flemming

Winemaker & Vineyard Manager

TJ grew up in Orlando, FL in a large family of 8 children. He spent his childhood playing soccer and football as well as exploring the great outdoors through hiking, canoeing, surfing, and camping.

TJ went to college at Furman University, where he met his beautiful wife, Bethany (you will often find her in our tasting room). It was also at Furman where he felt the calling to be a steward of Creation. TJ has spent the last 4 years teaching science to middle school aged children. He has also been working diligently to help start the winery here Rocklands while also studying Enology and Viticulture through UC Davis. TJ is passionate about training our 6.5 acres of estate vines into world class wines!

Chris Ahan

Business Manager & Controller

Chris was born and raised in Montgomery County, Maryland. He attended the University of Maryland in College Park and studied Business Information Systems.

Upon graduation, Chris went into the consulting world and worked for a global technology consulting firm in Chicago. However, he found no passion in his work so he decided to leave the office and pursue his interest in agriculture.

His pursuits took him all across the US from teaching students about hunger, poverty, social justice and sustainable agriculture in Massachusetts to saving open-pollinated, non-GMO, organic and heirloom seeds for a seed company in California.

Chris is proud to be back in his home state working with Rocklands Farm to serve the local community with the highest quality farm grown products in the area.

Chris enjoys exploring the great outdoors, reading his wife's blog, playing with his dog and learning as much as he can about farming. Chris greatly dislikes the metropolitan traffic and bathing his dog.

Ashley Field

Customer Experience Manager

Ashley was born and raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia. She spent her childhood playing competitive sports and riding horses. After high school she spent time in Boulder, Colorado where her passion for wholesome foods and healthy living grew as she was surrounded by peers who were dedicated to making a local impact on food systems. During the summer Ashley would return to Philadelphia to work in farmers markets and as a farm hand. The grit and satisfaction of a hard day's work gave her a profound respect for those who farm for a living.

After graduating from Drexel University with a degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management and International Business, Ashley went to work for eBay and later Optoro, both in Account Management and Client Success. Ashley is excited to join Rocklands Farm and combine her corporate experience with her passion for food and farming.

When not on the farm Ashley enjoys yoga, reading and long walks with her furry companion Louie.
