Looking for a unique venue for your next event? Conveniently located just 20 miles from Northwest D.C. and less than 15 miles from Bethesda, Rocklands provides a number of different options for private and corporate events on our working farm venue.

$600 for 4 hours (during normal business hours)

The recently renovated Corn Crib is a rustic, historic, open-air barn that was originally used for hay storage.  The building is centrally located at Rocklands, adjacent to our Tasting Room and Bank Barn. Discounts available for wine club members

  • The Corn Crib is not temperature-controlled, hence it is only ideal for events March through November.

  • Wine options and pricing can be found here.

  • Our max event size is 35 guests (including kids).

  • Outside catering is permitted case-by-case. You may also work with our preferred caterer or a food vendor on-site the day of your event.

  • $600 space rental is due at the time of contract signing and does not count towards additional purchases.

The Tasting Room serves as the centerpiece to the Rocklands experience. With custom built wooden island bars, full temperature control, and an expansive outdoor patio, the Tasting Room caters to mid-sized events and parties with a rustic charm.

  • The Tasting Room is fully temperature-controlled and available year round.

Our turn-of-the-century bank barn upstairs from our Tasting Room and adjacent to the Corn Crib. The main barn venue has been renovated over the years while still maintaining its historic charm complete with rough cut lumber flooring, original hardwood, hand-hewn oak beams, and two balconies. The open floor plan allows for a customized seating layout to host any event from corporate conferences to cocktail parties.

  • The Main Barn venue is not cooled; we do not recommend bookings during peak summer months.
